Parent and Tot

This engaging class for children ages 18 months to 3 years offers a unique opportunity for parents and toddlers to bond while participating in fun, interactive activities. Specially designed for toddlers, the class helps promote early physical development, coordination, and social skills in a safe and supportive environment. Together, you and your child will explore tumbling, stretching, and basic motor activities, all while building confidence and encouraging a love for movement.

Tiny Tumble

This class is designed to introduce athletes ages 3 to 5 the fundamentals of tumbling, balance, and coordination. Through a mix of fun, age-appropriate activities, children will develop essential motor skills, body awareness, and strength.

Beginner

This class is perfect for athletes ages 5 to 9 who are ready to build on their tumbling foundations, working on skills like rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs. In addition to mastering these basics, the class will focus on more advanced skills, including front and back walkovers. Through guided instruction and practice, athletes will improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination, while also developing confidence in their abilities.

Intermediate Beginner

This class is designed for athletes ages 10 and up who are working toward mastering basic tumble skills. Athletes will focus on developing essential tumbling skills, including rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, and both front and back walkovers. Our experienced instructors will break down each skill, teaching the proper technique, strength, and flexibility needed to build a solid tumbling foundation.

Walkovers

This class is designed for athletes ages 6 and up who have already mastered a consistent back walkover on the spring floor. Athletes will focus on refining combination Level 1 tumbling passes, with an emphasis on perfecting technique and form. The class will also introduce variations of handsprings, helping athletes develop the strength, coordination, and body awareness necessary for more advanced tumbling skills.

Handsprings

This class is tailored for athletes ages 6 and up who have already mastered a consistent standing back handspring and round-off back handspring on the spring floor. Athletes will work on more advanced skills, including combination Level 2 passes, series back handsprings, and foundational tucks (front and back). Through focused drills and technique refinement, athletes will develop the strength, power, and precision needed to execute complex tumbling passes.

Advanced Tumble

This elite tumbling class is designed for athletes ages 10 and up who have a consistent round-off back handspring tuck on the spring floor. Participants will focus on mastering skills ranging from combination Level 3 passes all the way to double fulls. Coaches will guide athletes in developing the strength and confidence needed for advanced skills while ensuring proper progression.

Jump Classes

This class is designed for athletes ages 6 and up who are looking to enhance their jump technique, strength, and overall performance. Focusing on power, flexibility, and core control, athletes will work on refining their jump form and increasing their height, speed, and precision. Through a variety of drills and exercises, participants will develop the explosive power needed for high-impact movements, while improving flexibility for better range of motion.

Flyte School

Join us for an exciting stunting experience! Our stunt class is designed to teach athletes the fundamentals and techniques of group stunting in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Traditional stunt groups consist of one back spot and two bases, allowing athletes to learn proper flying technique. Whether your athlete is a beginner or looking to advance their skills, this class is perfect for all levels. This class will guide athletes through the progression of stunting, from the basics to more advanced stunts.

Home School Hangout

Ages 6+

Our Homeschool Hangout program is designed to help homeschool families incorporate fitness into their routine. Our workouts, challenges and resources focus on teaching kids the importance of daily movement and physical activity. Your student will engage in sports, play games, build confidence, while socializing with other homeschool families.
