Step 1: Learn About Our Classes Below

Parent Tot

 Ages 18 months to 3 years.

These classes are designed to provide parents the opportunity to experience, with their child, social and physical activities geared especially for the toddler. Activities include rhythms, exploration time, basic locomotor and manipulative skills.

Tiny Tumble

Ages 3-5 years

This class will focus on the basics on tumbling, balance, and coordination.

Beginner

Ages 5-9

For Athletes who are working on rolls, Cartwheels, round-offs. This class will also focus on front and back walkovers.

Intermediate Beginner

Ages 10+

For athletes working towards a back walkover. This class will teach the fundamentals of tumbling including rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, handstands, back and front walkovers.

Walkovers

Ages 6+

For athletes who currently have a consistent back walkover by themselves on the spring floor. This class will focus on combination level one passes and variations of handsprings.

Handsprings

Ages 6+

For athletes who currently have a consistent standing back handspring and round-off back handspring by themselves on the spring floor. This class will focus on combination level two passes, series back handsprings, and the foundations of tucks (front and back).

Tucks

Ages 6+

For athletes who currently have a consistent roundoff back handspring tuck and series standing back handsprings by themselves on the spring floor. This class will focus on combination level 3 passes, aerials, standing tucks, and the foundations of layouts.

Layouts/Fulls

Ages 6+

For athletes who currently have a consistent roundoff back handspring layout and standing tuck by themselves on the spring floor or who currently have a consistent roundoff back handspring full by themselves on the spring floor. This class will focus on combination level 4 passes, whips, and the foundations of twisting skills as well as combination level 5 & 6 passes and double fulls.

Jump Classes

Ages 6+

For athletes focusing on power, flexibility, and core control. Athletes will work to improve their jump technique in this class.

Flyte School

Ages 6+

  This class focuses on the fundamentals and technique of stunting. Participants will have the opportunity to work with our instructors to build their confidence and skills in the air.

Homeschool Hangout

Ages 6+

Our Homeschool Hangout program is designed to help homeschool families incorporate fitness into their routine. Our workouts, challenges and resources focus on teaching kids the importance of daily movement and physical activity. Your student will engage in sports, play games, build confidence, while socializing with other homeschool families.
